One article. Eight agents. Me in the loop.

Here's how I set up a system that saves me 6.5 hours a week. Every day, one article becomes a newsletter, a YouTube video, a LinkedIn post and an audio file. My part takes 20 to 40 minutes.

Agent = does one job, then hands off PITL = person in the loop. That's me.
The 8 mods

Each agent does one job. Then it passes it on.

No agent dips into the next one's work. Where you see a lasso, it stops for me.

1The article
Agent =Takes the questions I want to be the answer for, from the software I use for my agency, and writes the article so I'm the answer. PITL =I edit it or pass it through.
2The newsletter
Agent =Puts it in my Beehiiv template with calls to action, and makes every image from a rotation I gave it, so nothing goes stale.
3The script
Agent =Writes the video script with Codex, Manus or vidIQ, and loads it into HeyGen.
4The avatar video
Agent =Produces my avatar video in HeyGen.
5The edit
Agent =Downloads the video and edits it with my own instructions, built from Nate's Hyperframes template and made mine. PITL =I pass it or send it back.
6The audio
Agent =Writes the audio prompt, at the same time as the video. PITL =I make the audio in NotebookLM, approve it, and put it on Cloudflare R2 for the newsletter.
7The final draft
PITL =I upload the video to YouTube by hand, to see the analytics, use vidIQ and pick the thumbnail. Agent =Puts my YouTube link into the newsletter. Final draft, ready for me.
8The post
Agent =Makes the post image and the Open Graph image. PITL =I publish the newsletter and schedule my LinkedIn post with the video and the call to action.

Live.A newsletter, a YouTube video, a LinkedIn post and an audio file. Nothing goes out without my yes.

Questions

How the system works.

What is Nicole Jolie's 8-mod content system?
It is the AI content system Nicole Jolie built for her own business, Socially Smashing. It has 8 mods. Each one is its own AI agent that does one job, like writing the article or editing the video, and then hands the work to the next agent. Nicole steps in where a person is needed.
How much time does the content system save?
Nicole Jolie says the system saves her 6.5 hours a week. Her own part now takes 20 to 40 minutes a day, and in that time she puts out a newsletter, a YouTube video, a LinkedIn post, an audio file, and the calls to action that go with them.
What does PITL mean in this system?
PITL means person in the loop. It marks the steps where Nicole Jolie does the work herself or approves it: editing or passing the article, passing or re-editing the video, making the audio, uploading to YouTube, publishing the newsletter, and scheduling the LinkedIn post.
What does the system produce from one article?
One article becomes a newsletter in a Beehiiv template with calls to action, a HeyGen avatar video edited with Nicole's own instructions, a brief audio file made in NotebookLM, a YouTube upload, a LinkedIn post, and fresh images from a rotation so nothing goes stale.
Which tools does the content system use?
Claude Code and Codex run the agents. The script is written with Codex, Manus or vidIQ. Beehiiv holds the newsletter, HeyGen makes the avatar video, NotebookLM makes the audio, Cloudflare R2 hosts it, and the video edit runs on Hyperframes, from Nate's template made her own.
Does anything publish without Nicole's approval?
No. Nicole Jolie approves the work at each person-in-the-loop step. She uploads the video to YouTube by hand, publishes the newsletter herself, and schedules her LinkedIn post natively. Nothing goes out without her yes.
Who is Nicole Jolie?
Nicole Jolie runs Socially Smashing. She helps small business owners get found and recommended by AI systems like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini, and she shares what she builds through her newsletter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
I used to spend 7 to 10 hours a week on content. Now the agents do the jobs, and I do the deciding.
